My name is James Carlson and I am an NASM certified personal trainer and nutritional coach. I offer a complete program of fitness and nutrition for seniors that will allow you to maintain and regain your mobility.
This is not “chair aerobics”, nor is it hardcore gym training. My program uses the concept of “functional fitness.” Build strength and improve your health and mobility with exercises that reflect real life activities. The program will feature balance exercises, resistance training and low impact cardio.
It is never too late to get in shape and the sooner you do so, the better your life will be moving forward.
