Sandbag Circuit Training – Sandbag Workout For Men & Women

This Week’s Sandbag Workout

This week’s workout is just 15 minutes but you should find it challenging. We will do six exercises and break it into two different circuits.

Circuit One

We will start with a Front Loaded Squat followed by Good Mornings and then finishing up with Burpees to Upright Row.

Circuit Two

Next, we will do Clean & Press followed by Lunges and finishing up with Upright Rows.


As always, make sure that you do a solid warmup such as some planks or active stretching.

After our workout, static stretches or a short walk would be advisable.
